About the Venue

The U.S. Cellular Center is Western North Carolina’s preeminent multi-purpose event facility and is managed by the City of Asheville. The facility first opened to the public in 1974 and has since hosted thousands of concerts, sporting events, trade and consumer shows, graduations, speeches and other types of events over the years.

Getting to the Event

The U.S. Cellular Center in Asheville is located minutes from many major hotels and a plethora of charming bed and breakfasts. The Renaissance Asheville Hotel and The Haywood Park Hotel are within walking distance of the bout venue, and many other hotels are within a short driving distance.[LT19] If driving to the venue from I-240 West, take the Montford Ave. Exit, Exit 4C, make a slight left onto Cherry St., take the first left onto Montford Ave., and then turn left onto Haywood St. The U.S. Cellular Center will be on the left. If coming from I-240 East, take the Haywood St. exit, Exit 4C, toward Montford Ave. Turn left onto Haywood St., and the bout venue will be on the left.
