In the final game of the international WFTDA Division 1 Playoffs tournament in Evansville, Indiana, the London Rollergirls (seed 1, ranked #3) from London, England, United Kingdom, jumped out early with Kamikaze Kitten striking first with 3 points against the Windy City Rollers (seed 3, ranked #11) from Chicago, Illinois, USA. London jammer Rogue Runner grabbed lead next, putting up 19 against Juniper Simonis, who was boxed on a forearm. The score was 22-0 in favor of London after 2 jams.

Despite drawing first blood, the Jacksonville Rollergirls (seed 4, rank #14) of Jacksonville, Florida, USA, eventually fell to the Texas Rollergirls (seed 2, rank #6) of Austin, Texas, USA. in the hotly contested third/fourth place game of Day 3 at the international WFTDA Division 1 Playoffs in Evansville, Indiana. Big point runs and extended jams played in Texas’ favor, as they defeated Jacksonville 335-221.

In a back and forth battle of who could keep more bodies on the track, Arizona Roller Derby's Tent City Terrors (seed #10, ranked #39) pulled off the win in the very last jam over the Music City All-Stars of the Nashville Rollergirls (seed #8, ranked #31) to win 183-180 in game 15 of the international Division 1 WFTDA playoffs in Evansville, Indiana.

Multiple lead changes and jammer penalties rattled the Steel Hurtin' (seed #7, ranked #28) and Toronto's CN Power (seed #6, ranked #23) were able to maintain cool heads and pull off the win 184-170 in game 14 of the international Division 1 WFTDA playoffs in Evansville, Indiana.

In what looked like it would be an easy win for Ohio Roller Girls (seed 5, rank #20) of Columbus, Ohio, USA, the Houston Roller Derby (seed 9, rank #36) of Houston, Texas, USA used a rally in the second half of Game 13 of Day 3 at the international WFTDA Division 1 Playoffs in Evansville. The rally wasn’t enough to stop the Ohio team, though, as the ladies in green defeated Houston 209-129.
