Q&A

Has your league experienced any retirements, transfers or injuries in the past year that have made a substantial difference in your league’s play and performance?
This year was not a big year of change for us. We lost Breakfast due to an injury and she is still recovering and we gained Britches N Hoes from Nashville. She only just recently joined the Scarlets and we haven't had Breakfast since the beginning of the year.

Does your league have a motto, or words that it lives by?
Our signature cheer is "POP POP" which means Power of the Pegasus. We also often say "No Shortcuts."

Is your travel team doing anything new or special to prepare for Playoffs?
Nothing new or special, just lots of scrimmages and more intense practices! We have been overall upping our off skates training for all of 2014 and Laci Knight has been doing a strength and conditioning program with the Scarlet jammers since Feb 2014.
