The Terminal City Rollergirls of Vancouver, BC, Canada, fought through a physical game against Stockholm Roller Derby of Stockholm, Sweden to take home their second win of the day in Game 12 of the 2016 International WFTDA Division 1 Playoffs Vancouver. Stockholm held on to make a significant comeback at the end of the game, but it was too late to overcome the point deficit Terminal had built and the game ended with a 207-152 victory for Terminal City.

The Rat City Roller Girls of Seattle, WA, USA (seed #3) took on the Angel City Derby Girls Hollywood Scarlets of Los Angeles, CA, USA (seed #2) in Game 11 of the 2016 International WFTDA Division 1 Playoffs Vancouver. The outcome of the game would determine who would secure their spot at WFTDA Champs in Portland, OR, USA and who would still have to battle to punch their ticket in the third place game on Sunday.

Riding the momentum of a hard-fought win over the Naptown Roller Girls Tornado Sirens of Indianapolis, IN, USA this morning, the Queen City Roller Girls Lake Effect Furies of Buffalo, NY, USA (seed #9), were determined to earn another victory in Game 10 of the 2016 International WFTDA Division 1 Playoffs Vancouver. But their opponents, the Sacred City Derby Girls Sacrificers of Sacramento, CA, USA (seed #7), were looking to notch their first W of the weekend after a big loss to the Angel City Derby Girls Friday night.

The Victorian Roller Derby League Victoria All-Stars of Melbourne, VIC, AU (seed #1) secured their spot at the 2016 International WFTDA Championships with a win over the Philly Roller Derby Liberty Belles of Philadelphia, PA, USA (seed #4) in a game that looked tight on the track even as Victoria kept a substantial lead throughout the game.

After a narrow loss to the Philly Roller Girls Friday night in the 2016 International WFTDA Division 1 Playoffs Vancouver, the Terminal City Rollergirls of Vancouver, BC, Canada came determined to win in their matchup against Arizona Roller Derby of Phoenix, AZ, USA. After edging out a narrow lead early on in the matchup, Terminal was able to run away with a 231-95 win by racking up points in a forceful second half.
