Division 1 Playoffs Head to Salt Lake City

The third round of the international 2014 WFTDA Division 1 Playoffs begins Friday, Sept. 26, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ten of the world's top-ranked women's roller derby teams, will compete at the Salt Palace over the next three days to determine which three teams will advance to the international 2014 WFTDA Championships.

In the first round of Division 1 Playoffs, held Sept. 5-7 in Sacramento, California, Gotham Girls Roller Derby, Denver Roller Dolls and Minnesota RollerGirls earned their spots in the Championships bracket. Last weekend, in Evansville, Indiana, London Rollergirls, Windy City Rollers and Texas Rollergirls picked up the next three Championship seeds.
