WFTDA Rules Apps Featuring 2014 Rules Now Available

Today, the WFTDA Rules Apps for iOS and Android devices including the March 1, 2014 edition of the Rules of Flat Track Roller Derby are now available. This is the first release of a rules app for Android devices. An app for iOS devices was first launched in 2011.

Both apps include:

• Rules publications and Q&As
• Referee hand signals
• Officiating Standard Practices and Verbal Cues
• Skater Minimum Skills Requirements

Special features include bookmarks for easy reference to documents and a powerful search engine that allows you to quickly find any term in any document. Plus, test your knowledge of referee hand signals with our hand signal flash cards!

The app for Android platforms is available for purchase in the Google Play store for $4.99. The price for the iOS app has also been reduced to $4.99, available through the App Store. Users who have previously purchased the iOS app will receive the updated material free of charge. The app will also be available in the Amazon Appstore for Android later today.
