WFTDA Releases Updated Officiating Standard Practices Documents

The WFTDA released updated versions of the WFTDA Official Hand Signals, WFTDA Officiating Standard Practices, and WFTDA Officiating Verbal Cues.

The revision includes copy edits to all documents and the following substantive changes:

• The WFTDA Official Hand Signals document now includes the Jammer Call-Off signal and new hand signal images.
• The WFTDA Standard Practices document has been updated to reflect and better explain current OPR rotation procedures, and to update the Point of No Return standard practices with the latest Rules Publication.
• The WFTDA Officiating Verbal Cues now breaks out specific verbal cues for Misconduct penalties.

The WFTDA plans to release an update to these documents in the Android version of the WFTDA Rules mobile application as well as French, German and Spanish versions of the PDFs in May 2016.
