WFTDA Announces Additional 2016 WFTDA-Recognized Tournaments

The WFTDA is pleased to announce additions to its list of 2016 WFTDA-Recognized Tournaments. These tournament organizers have demonstrated they will meet the standards for tournament officiating and games management set by the WFTDA-Recognized Tournaments program and have received the right to carry the WFTDA-Recognized Tournament brand.

• Quad City Chaos: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; March 19-20; Hosted by Toronto Roller Derby
• Skate To Thrill: Saint Peters, MO; April 9-10; Hosted by St. Chux Derby Chix
• West Track Story: Nantes, France; April 23-24; Hosted by Nantes Derby Girls
• K-Town Shakedown: Kalamazoo, MI; April 29-May 1; Hosted by the Killamazoo Derby Darlins
• Beach Brawl: Ft. Lauderdale, FL; May 13-15; Hosted by Gold Coast Derby Grrls
• Beaver Fever: Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, Canada; May 13-15; Hosted by Tri-City Roller Derby
• Sibling Rivalry: Ballwin, MO; June 24-26; Hosted by Arch Rival Roller Girls
• Uff Da Palooza: Wausau, WI; July 9-10; Hosted by the Mid-State Sisters of Skate

Applications for the WFTDA-Recognized Tournaments program may be submitted at any time of year via an online application form and the program requirements are listed at wftda.com/events. For interested tournament hosts, the final review deadline for 2016 tournaments is March 1, 2016.
