WFTDA Adds Six Member Leagues

WFTDA is excited to announce that six new leagues became full members on Dec. 1 after graduating from the WFTDA Apprentice Program, including the first member league in Australia.

WFTDA congratulates the following new members:

• Ark Valley High Rollers – Salida, Colorado
• Lowcountry High Rollers – Charleston, South Carolina
• Mid-Iowa Rollers, Des Moines, Iowa
• Red Stick Roller Derby – Baton Rouge, Louisiana
• Victorian Roller Derby League – Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
• New River Valley (NRV) Rollergirls – Christiansburg, Virginia

The leagues graduating today are the latest to complete the program and can now enjoy the benefits of full WFTDA membership, which include a vote on WFTDA policies and rules, and eligibility for ranking and tournaments. WFTDA now has 130 full member leagues and 70 apprentice leagues.
