The final WFTDA rankings under the vote-based, regional rankings model were released today. These rankings reflect WFTDA-sanctioned game results through Dec. 31, 2012.
As previously announced, the WFTDA is launching a new ranking system this year that allows teams to be ranked across the organization, regardless of geographical region. The WFTDA Rankings Calculator uses an algorithm to rank teams based on the scores of sanctioned games.
The first rankings release from the WFTDA Rankings Calculator will be in March.
