Equipment Checks In Sanctioned Game Play

Q:

If leagues may opt to have Officials check equipment prior to home play, may they also opt for Officials to do checks prior to WFTDA-sanctioned games?

A:

In sanctioned play, Referees will not check Skaters’ equipment, but may prohibit Skaters from participating if their equipment is deemed to be in poor condition.
