Round Rock TX
The Rockin’ City Rollergirls is a skater owned and operated, all-female, modern flat track roller derby league based out of Round Rock, Texas. We are a new league that began our journey in September 2012. Rockin’ City Rollergirls was founded when a handful of dedicated and skilled skaters wanted to share their passion for roller derby with North Austin and the surrounding area communities. We are a diverse group of women from all walks of life. We follow the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) rule set, and in November 2013, we were welcomed as a WFTDA apprentice league. In September 2014, we were invited to be a full WFTDA member league, less than a year since becoming an apprentive league. We also expanded our league by introducing a Junior Derby boot camp, which started in March 2014. We have two bouting teams. We practice together as one league, and also separately with our individual teams. Rockin' City Rollergirls is built on a solid foundation of dedication, teamwork, and community involvement. We promote health, team work, and the independence of women.
Real. Strong. Athletic. Revolutionary.
