Our mission is to promote the strengths and athleticism of our members, positively impact their lives, and work together to advance our community.

Chippewa Valley Roller Derby (CVRD) is Eau Claire's original flat track roller derby league. CVRD is managed and operated entirely by the skaters themselves, via an elected board of directors and numerous skater-led committees; all working together for the good of the league and to make our practices and bouts happen.

Our skaters do not get paid, but rather pay monthly dues in order to cooperatively cover costs as well as paying for all their own equipment.

During our season, we practice approximately 2 times per week and will bout once a month.

During our off-season the league will focus on recruitment, fundraising and skills training.
